Refund policy

• We accept returns or exchanges for unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 3 days of delivery.

• Due to hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned or refunded.

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos for verification.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
